Hello, I’m Tobias M. Scholz aka t0bs3n and I am playing video games since I can think. Besides the playing, I worked at GameSports and co-founded eMAG, the first eSport magazine. With eMAG we published in the year 2004 and 2005 on monthly base. I finished my studies in business science on the Goethe-University Frankfurt and UCLA and wrote my diploma thesis about cultural differences and their effect on team performance at game development teams, results will be published. Beside that I am working on an eSports-Book called eSports Yearbook. Currently I am working as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Chair for Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Siegen and doing my Doctoral Dissertation there.
