Hello, I’m Tobias Scholz aka t0bs3n and I am playing video games since I can think. Besides the playing, I worked at GameSports and co-founded eMAG, the first eSport magazine. With eMAG we published in the year 2004 and 2005 on monthly base. Currently I finished my studies in business science on the Goethe-University Frankfurt and UCLA and wrote my diploma thesis about cultural differences and their effect on team performance at game development teams, results will be published. Beside that I am working on an eSport-Blog called GameEarth (german) and a eSport-Book called eSports Yearbook. Additional I am working on research papers and conference papers in the field of Cultural Diversity, Game Influences on Human Resource and Organizational Behavior and several other topics. I hope in future to start my PhD and intensify my academic research.
